Valentina Zubenschi, a self-employed sole trader operating Perfect Studio Navan, is the controller for salon bookings, client records, recruitment and website enquiries. Use the contact details below for privacy questions or requests.
Data we use
Depending on your interaction, we use identity and contact details, booking choices, appointment history, communications, preferences, consent records, payment references, gift-card activity, reviews, recruitment information and technical security logs. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
Treatment and health-related information
During consultation the salon may record allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions, treatment goals and relevant consultation notes. This can be special-category health data. It is recorded only when relevant to a safe requested service and with explicit consent, is visible only to authorised salon users who need it, and may be corrected or consent withdrawn by contacting the salon. Withdrawing consent may mean a treatment cannot safely be provided, but does not affect earlier lawful use.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to take steps you request and perform the salon service; comply with tax, accounting and legal duties; protect bookings, clients and the business through legitimate interests; and use consent where it is required, including optional marketing, photographs or push notifications. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Retention
Data is kept only for the period needed for the purpose, disputes and legal obligations. Financial and tax records may need to be retained for six years. Recruitment information is reviewed when the recruitment process ends. Security logs and unsuccessful requests are kept for the shortest practical period. Data may then be deleted or anonymised.
Booking controls and human review
The booking system may automatically block new online requests after one recorded unannounced no-show or reject an unavailable slot. It does not make a final legal or financial decision about you. You can ask the owner or an authorised manager to review the history, correct an error and restore access.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. We may need to verify identity before releasing or changing data. Use the Privacy & Content Requests page to contact us.
