1. Service provider

The services are provided by Valentina Zubenschi, trading as Perfect Studio Navan (the Salon), in her capacity as a self-employed sole trader. The Salon is not a limited company. Its business address and contact details are set out at the end of this document.

2. Website use

The website may be used for lawful personal purposes. Interference with its security, unauthorised access, the submission of false information and fraudulent use of booking or gift-card facilities are prohibited.

3. Services and prices

Service descriptions, durations and prices are published in good faith. The Salon may correct an obvious error and will notify the client of any material change before the service begins. Additional services or changes to the agreed price require the client’s agreement. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The Booking & Cancellation Policy sets out the payment arrangements, including any amount payable in advance and the balance payable at the Salon. The payment methods available for a particular booking are those displayed before payment. Subsequent amendments to these documents do not retrospectively replace the terms accepted for an earlier transaction, except as required by law.

4. Service standard and complaints

The Salon provides its services with the care and skill required by Irish consumer law. A client who considers that a service was not provided as agreed should notify the Salon promptly, identifying the appointment and the matter complained of. The Salon will examine the complaint and the applicable remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Suitability, allergies and minors

Before treatment, the client should disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions, medical advice or other circumstances affecting the safe provision of the service. Where reasonably necessary for safety, the Salon may seek further information, recommend a patch test, adapt, postpone or decline a treatment. For a minor, a parent or guardian must contact the Salon before booking so that the applicable age, consent and service requirements can be confirmed.

6. Bookings and client responsibilities

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by the website or the Salon. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact details, checking the selected services and promptly notifying the Salon of relevant changes. The Booking & Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Content and intellectual property

Unless another source is identified, rights in the website design, text, photographs and brand materials belong to the Salon or its licensors. Reviews and client photographs are subject to the Reviews, Photos & User Content Policy.

8. Changes, complaints and applicable law

These terms may be revised to reflect changes to the services. The version applicable at the time of booking continues to govern that booking, subject to mandatory law. Complaints should initially be addressed to the Salon using the contact details below. These terms are governed by Irish law without limiting the consumer’s mandatory rights or remedies.
