Perfect Studio Navan is a trading name operated by Valentina Zubenschi as a self-employed sole trader, not as a limited company. The address and contact details shown on this page are the official contact point for website and salon matters.
Website use
You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or use booking and gift-card functions fraudulently.
Services and prices
Service descriptions, durations and prices are presented in good faith. The salon may correct an obvious error and will explain any material change before the treatment begins. Nothing in these terms removes rights that Irish consumer law gives you.
Service standard and complaints
Salon services will be provided with the care and skill required by Irish consumer law. If you believe a service is not as agreed, contact the salon promptly with the booking details so the concern can be examined and an appropriate legal remedy discussed. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suitability, allergies and minors
Tell the salon before treatment about relevant allergies, sensitivities, reactions, medical advice or other circumstances that may affect safe service. The salon may ask questions, recommend a patch test, adapt, postpone or refuse a treatment where reasonably necessary for safety. A parent or guardian must contact the salon before booking for a minor so age, consent and service-specific requirements can be confirmed; no fixed age is promised by this website.
Bookings and client responsibilities
A booking is subject to availability and the confirmation shown or sent by the salon. You must provide accurate contact details, check the selected services and notify the salon promptly if circumstances change. The separate Booking & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
Content and intellectual property
The salon or its licensors own the website design, text, photographs and brand material unless another source is identified. Reviews and client photographs are governed by the Reviews, Photos & User Content Policy.
Changes, complaints and applicable law
We may update these terms when the service changes. The version in force when you book applies to that booking, except where law requires otherwise. Contact the salon first with a complaint. These terms are governed by Irish law and do not restrict mandatory consumer remedies.
