Recruitment Privacy Notice
This notice applies to professional information and applications submitted to Perfect Studio Navan in connection with recruitment.

Application data may include the applicant’s name, contact details, CV, qualifications, employment history, portfolio, availability, language skills and accompanying message. PPS numbers, bank details, health information and identity documents should not be submitted unless subsequently requested by the Salon for a specific lawful purpose.
2. Purpose and legal basis
Application data is used to assess suitability, communicate with the applicant, arrange interviews and take steps requested before a possible employment or independent contractor agreement. Where necessary, processing may also be based on the Salon’s legitimate interests or legal obligations.
3. Access and storage
Applications are accessible only to the owner and users granted a separate recruitment permission. Uploaded CVs are stored outside the public WordPress media library and are removed when the application record is deleted. Email transmission may create a protected copy in the authorised Salon mailbox.
4. Retention and future roles
Applications are reviewed at the end of the recruitment process. Information no longer required is deleted unless retention is necessary for a legal claim or obligation. Retention of an unsuccessful application for future vacancies requires a separate, optional agreement which may be withdrawn.
5. Your rights
Applicants may exercise the applicable rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and may complain to the Data Protection Commission. Requests may be submitted to the Salon through the Privacy & Content Requests procedure.
