Gift Cards & Promotional Discounts
These terms cover purchased value cards, fully paid services and free percentage discounts.

A value card keeps a monetary balance and permits partial use. A fully paid service secures the named service even if its standard price later rises; upgrades and extras remain payable. A promotional percentage discount is issued free by the salon and follows the displayed campaign limits.
Purchase and activation
A purchased gift is activated only after successful payment confirmation. An abandoned or failed checkout does not create value. The purchaser must check the recipient’s contact details and has permission to provide them for delivery.
Validity and use
Purchased gift vouchers are valid for at least five years where an expiry applies. Value cards may be used partially, and the salon does not limit how many purchased value vouchers may be used in one transaction. One free percentage discount may be applied; two percentage discounts cannot be stacked. The discount is applied before gift-card balance. Where more than €1 remains after a purchase, the holder may choose to receive the balance in money, by electronic transfer or as another voucher, subject to the statutory conditions.
Code security and balance
Treat the code like value and share it only with the intended recipient. The manager can verify the balance and history after appropriate identity checks. Contact the salon promptly if a code is lost or disclosed; replacement is not guaranteed where value has already been used.
Cancellation and refund
Refunds and cancellations follow Irish consumer law and the payment circumstances. A full confirmed refund deactivates unused value; a partial refund adjusts the balance. Free promotional discounts may expire under their clearly displayed terms and are not cash value.
