Staff & Professional Privacy Notice
This notice applies to employees and independent professionals who use the Salon’s schedules, appointment records or Manager Control. It does not determine or alter their contractual status.

Valentina Zubenschi, trading as Perfect Studio Navan, is the controller of team-access data and Salon operational records. This notice applies where employees and independent professionals use the same system, without affecting the legal nature of their respective relationships with the Salon.
2. Operational data used
Operational records may include name, professional photograph, contact email, role, permissions, specialist profile, working hours, absences, calendar blocks, assigned appointments, services performed, payment attribution, access sessions and managerial audit records. Private communications unrelated to the Salon’s activities are outside the intended scope of the system.
3. Why the data is used
Processing supports work organisation, client services, access management, protection of appointments and payments, operational reporting, investigation of errors and compliance with contractual or legal duties. The applicable basis depends on the relationship and may include performance of a contract, legal obligations and the Salon’s legitimate interests in secure and effective administration.
4. Access, monitoring and retention
Users receive only the permissions assigned by the owner. Access and significant changes are logged for security and accountability. Records are retained for the period necessary for operations, disputes and legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymised. Access is withdrawn when no longer required.
5. Questions and rights
Individuals may request information about their records and exercise the applicable rights of rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Operational errors should be reported promptly to the owner. Personal-data requests follow the Privacy & Content Requests procedure; complaints may also be addressed to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
