This policy covers verified reviews, photographs, comments and other content supplied for publication.

A review marked as verified must be linked to a completed appointment. Do not review an experience you did not have, impersonate another person or submit promotional content on behalf of a business.
Content standards
Be honest, relevant and respectful. Content may be refused or removed if it contains threats, harassment, hate, unlawful material, private information, spam, manipulated media, undisclosed incentives or allegations that cannot reasonably be assessed.
Photographs and minors
A client photograph is published only with a clear permission covering the intended channel. Consent for a treatment is not consent for photography. Identifiable content involving a minor requires permission from a parent or guardian and may still be refused for safety.
Permission to display content
You keep ownership of your content. When you ask us to publish it, you grant the salon a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, format and display it on the agreed website or social channel. This permission ends for future use when you withdraw it, subject to lawful records and material already printed or lawfully shared.
Moderation, reporting and appeal
The salon may moderate content to protect people and the service, but will not change the meaning of a review. Use the Privacy & Content Requests page to report content or ask for reconsideration. Identify the content, explain the issue and provide a safe contact method.
