Privacy & Content Requests
Use this process to exercise a privacy right, report content or ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed.

State the right you want to exercise and provide enough information to locate the relevant record. Do not send a PPS number, payment card or identity document in the first message. We will request proportionate verification only if needed.
Report content
Identify the page, review or photograph; explain why it is inaccurate, unlawful, private or contrary to the content policy; and state your connection to it. Urgent safety threats should also be reported to the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service.
Review and response
The salon records the request, checks the relevant information and explains the outcome. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions. Content reports are handled as promptly as their seriousness requires.
Reconsideration and external complaint
If you disagree with a content decision, reply with the reason and any new evidence. For personal-data concerns, you may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
